An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order — for cash-on-delivery orders, this is done by phone before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch (for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or an address is unserviceable) and will refund any amount already paid.
